I need a myspace layout that makes my myspace not look like a typical myspace. If possible, it needs to be pretty plain but if that isn't possible, I can work with anything. I am going to use this as a campaign website for running for student council office. Help please!

I would try http://lovemyflash.com/ they have all sorts of customizable flash layouts and they're anything but typical.
