for some reason everytime ive uploaded a new layout on myspace it NEVER includes a 'add comment' option, so i decided to take the layout out, and just have the plain white default layout that is given when a new account is made (so basically i dont have a layout).... but still i dont have a 'add comment' option. i guess its just a fault in my prof, but how do i sort it?

delete everything you have in your profile. Everything!
Then anything you know you want to keep, (personal stuff, save it in a notpad DOC. then paste those back in and start over/
