To design something on your profile screen, you have to edit your profile in the Myspace profile editor. Whatever font schemes, backgrounds, or color designs you create %26amp; save there automatically become both your regular profile design %26amp; your private screen appearance.
That's what you see on other private screens; basically a reflection of the actual profile.

It's only plain white to the people that aren't on your friends list when they try to go to your page. Once they are on your friends list it will let them see your page with the layout that you have set up.
